Overview
The Blessed Virgin Mary is said to have appeared to two boys in the 16th century in Vailankanni, India. The shrine, known as the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health, is a major pilgrimage site and the devotion was officially approved by the Vatican in 2024.

My visit to Our Lady of Vailankanni
Visiting Our Lady of Vailankanni in Vailankanni had been on my bucket list for years. The shrine is beautiful, and the surrounding area is filled with a sense of peace. I walked the grounds slowly, praying at each station, and felt a deep connection to Our Lady.
